Crack in shower pan

Noticed tonight that at the top of the "gutter" at the back of the shower pan I have about a 5" crack. Any ideas of how to repair it?

I had 2 very nice cracks in the bottom of the base. You can go here http://i246.photobucket.com/albums/g...d/IMAG0335.jpg to see what I used to fix it with. Now I took my pan completely out and corrected from the bottom. I totally rebuilt the base to give me a true solid base instead of the standard styrofoam base. Scroll in both directions to see the entire process.

HI Dick,
We've used the Devcon Exopy Repair Kit with success: http://www.amazon.com/Devcon-Epoxy-B.../dp/B000NCUTCO

Good luck!

Dick, do you have a shower base or the "garden tub"?

Thanks Suzanne and Icehouse, looks like more fun than when the pigs ate my little brother but I know what needs to be done.

That's encouraging. Now I have to find somewhere out here in the boonies that has the stuff to do a repair.

As 1retired06 stated, it holds pretty well - we've done it on a previous rig and it lasted for years. You might be able to find it at a local RV dealer - we always have - but since you're in the boondocks, ya might have to order online (ebay/amazon) - maybe even order two - we keep one on hand, just in case....

It's actually not difficult to do -

We did have to order on line. Even in the bigger towns around here they don't stock it. Got it ordered now and patched it temporarily with waterproof tape. Once it comes in we'll clean with Goo Gone and then put the appropriate patch on. THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP! As you know, this forum rocks.
