Hung up after a half hour. I'll wait until next week and try again.

They sure did not leave us a lot of time, eh??

Man and I are also looking at necessity of changing hardware. And, trying to get south soon. Not a very convenient time for us.

My daddy always said, a really good thing never lasts. He was right.

I keep going back and forth between Verizon and ATT for a hotspot. Verizon service has proven to be better (my phones are on ATT since I need service south of the border) but in the last year I've only been in one place where ATT didn't work at all and I hope to never go back there. I'm going to walk into ATT this week and see what they can do for me. VZW's lack of concern for us has left a sour taste but being put on hold for 30min when I'm trying to give them money irks me.

We already had a 15 gig mobile share plan with AT&T and with their present promotion was able to double it for free giving me 30 gig/month so I am now using my IPhone as my hotspot and saving $89.99/month.

Once our hot spot contract is up we plan on doing the same.
