Slide wipers or weather seals

The AZ sun has done in my seals or wipers on all of my slides in my '11 3625 and I need to replace them ASAP. Any help as to a source and anything else will be appreciated.

We have a 2012 Big Sky here in Florida. A little more humid than Az, but the sun is still brutal. I use baby powder on the wipers. It gets rid of the squeak and it seems to help with rubber life. If you're going to replace them anyhow, give it a try.

I have replaced some of my slide 'wipers' / seals on 2 different Montanas. The key is to buy the right size width. My memory is a little sketchy on some of them, but on the verticle wiper on the front side of a slide, here is the scoop. These are really just slid into a slot along the edge of the slide opening. At the top in a rather hidden/obscure place was a screw through the mounting slot into the rubber wiper and thru to the other side a little ways. So if you can find this screw, it is a 1) remove screw, 2) slide the seal down and off. 3) insert new one and 4) put screw back in.
Oh, one more thing - this screw is on the inside so you have to search up on top of the slide area a bit. I think if you tug on the wiper/seal from the outside, you can see it slide a little bit.
Now, what I am talking about is the seal that is about 4 inches wide and flops in or out depending on whether you have the slide in or out. These also run across the tops of slides.
One other thing, my newer unit seems to have 2 seals on the top at least. One kind of on the outside and one on the inside. Not sure how this figures into things??
Good luck. Oh, I think the seal is like $1 to $2 a foot. When I bought mine, they had a long roll and just measured off and cut it.

I replaced the wiper rubber seal in my front room area the old one was shrinking on the length and its width, I just ordered mine from the dealer, it sells by the foot, my normal rv repair would have had trouble getting the proper size, being that it was an oddball width, typical of Keystone, I ordered from Mike Thompson RV , sorry I hate that place, but I have to use, it because Keystone will not sell it to me or my RV repair shop I Must go through an authorized dealer for special parts.
It slides in very easy open the slide a foot ladder up and slide the old one out and put in the new one don't cut it too short a let mine longer to allow for shrinkage. it works great.

Here is a thought for ya to save a few bucks. Instead of buying the expensive spray rubber seal conditioners, go to the local drug store and get a bottle of mineral oil and occasionally wipe it on the seals and wipers. Mineral oil is the active ingredient in those expensive spray bottles. If you use the spray, use it for the hard to reach areas and use the wipe on stuff on the others.

Several months ago, I replaced all the horizontal wiper seals (the ones on the top of the slides), as well as the top bulb seals, as they were all rotten from sun exposure. I ordered from the Trekwood site. I needed 36 feet of both, which gave me less than a foot over when I was done, for our four slides. For the slide seal, they have a screw through the rubber at each end, and after removing the screws, the flap just pulls off the metal it clips onto. The bulb seals were a little more involved, but it just took removing the corner plastic pieces at each end of the slide on top.

The wiper seal is:

The bulb seal is:

The cost of 36 feet of both, plus shipping was $215.43, and I think replacing both took not much more than two hours.
