2015 Northeast Rally Schedule
Here is the schedule for the 2015 Northeast Rally at Hickory Hill Family Camping Resort located in the Finger Lakes Wine Country in Bath, New York. We are looking forward to a wonderful week.
There will be a
rally fee of $20 per camper payable at registration.
A
"Keuka Wine Passport" which is good for 2 people/free tasting at 8 wineries is available. The cost is $15.00 payable when you arrive. Please sign up in the
"Keuka Wine Passport" post if you are interested. Passports will be available for you when you arrive.
Wednesday, June 24 - Registration and Meet and Greet
Arrival day. Registration and Meet and Greet this evening in the Activity Hall at 7:00 pm. Please bring an appetizer type food (finger food ) to share and your beverage of choice. Please bring your own lanyard nametag holder. If you have extras from previous rallies, would you bring them to share with our first-timers. Thank you.
Thursday, June 25 - Catered Dinner
This day is event free (until 5 pm) to be enjoyed on your own for relaxation and sightseeing. A catered dinner will be served in the Activity Hall starting at 5:00 pm. Menu includes: Appetizers, 1/2 BBQ chicken, tossed salad, salt potatoes, baked beans, rolls & butter, beverages, and dessert. Price is $15.00 per person. Caterer needs number of reservations and payment two weeks before the Rally.
If you are interested, please sign up in the "Catered Dinner" post and send a check made payable to John Michaels by Monday, June 8. Payment for this dinner must be made in advance. Our address is 131 School Street, Box 105, Harford, PA, 18823. If you need gluten free, please indicate.
Friday, June 26 - Ice Cream Social and White Elephant
You can enjoy the sights on your own today and then at 7:00 pm we will meet in the Activity Hall for ice cream sundaes. If you wish to participate in the White Elephant, please bring a $15.00 - $20.00 wrapped gift (something you would enjoy receiving) for an evening of fun and lots of stealing!!
Saturday, June 27 - No planned activities
Enjoy the day sightseeing or just relaxing at the campground. A good day to use your "Passport".

Enjoy the day sightseeing or just relaxing at the campground.
Monday, June 29 - Picnic
At 5 pm, the wagon masters will be hosting a cookout. Hamburgers and hot dogs along with the condiments will be provided. Be sure to bring a picnic food or a dessert to share, your tableware, beverage, and your appetite.
