Diesel Fuel Concern
I am about to buy a diesel pick-up to pull a 3295RK. I believed that with all of the 18 wheelers on the road that a supply of fuel would be no problem. I just had a talk with an 18 wheel driver and he told me that pick-ups cannot use large truck fueling pumps. He said that they deliver fuel at a very high volume for tanks around 300 gallons capacity. A pickup fuel tank could not take the fuel that fast.
My questions are:
1. Is it difficult to find diesel fuel for pickups? (I may drive up to Alaska next summer.)
2. Is there clearance for a 5er around these pumps?
