Better stupid than dead

This morning Louise was using the micro extensively and commented how hot it got. Oh yea, did I open the vent? Duh!!! Opened it while she was in the shower. Should I tell her or wait for a fellow MOCer to spill the beans?

That's one of the few mistakes I haven't made yet. You can bet I won't tell.

What happens on the forum mostly stays on the forum but Louise might drop in here from time to time, eh?

I'd tell her you figured this out. This way, it will be her fault next time if she forgets to remind you to open it up and she uses the MW anyway. Sometimes two heads remembering are better than one.

That worked for me with the stovetop. I forgot to unlatch the exhaust fan cover once and the noise was higher than normal and she noticed. Now if I forget, she asks me if I've done it before she needs it. Two heads are better than one and she'll love the fact you admitted you forgot something and was honest about it.
