Glen,
We were just blessed with a clear PET scan for my wife Nancy, after she finished up 24wks of chemo for Colon cancer. Now we wish and pray for the same results for you. Next stop Palm Island,Fl. for a few days of celebration. Steve & Nancy

I figure the computer withdrawal pains alleviated the catheter pain (NOT).

Prayers still being sent for your continued recovery to good health.

I got to tell you... why they don't make catheter removal a general anesthesia procedure is beyond me. At least give you a little shot of Versed (the amnesia stuff they use on you for a colonoscopy)...

You can say that again! For weeks this whole kidney stone/tumor thing gave me little to no pain at all. Even this week with all the probing and tests there was little to no pain. The absolute worst pain I had in those past few weeks was the catheter removal. Yes, the nurse did warn me there would be pain but that did not prepare me for the actual pain.

Glenn -

You and Lorraine are both in our prayers. We hope you have a quick recovery and that by some chance you will find yourself in Goshen, Indiana in the late September time frame. You were the very first MOC person we met almost 6 years ago.) Looking forward to seeing you again. Best of luck and thanks for keeping us posted on how you are doing.

Ron

Glenn,
Went through similar procedure with Stint from kidney to bladder last year. Cath removal, 5 CT scans in a month, the works. Going in two weeks later to remove the Stint taught me how to sing really high!
Get well soon friend,
John
