MARBLE FUDGE SANDWICH

Prepare any white cake mix batter as directed. Make fudge filling by combineing 2 well- beaten eggs, 1 cup sugar, 2/3 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup melted butter. stir in 1 cup finely chopped nuts. pour 1/2 the cake batter into a 13x9x2-inch pan. Spread fudge filling evenly over batter. Pour rest of cake batter over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. cool; Frost with your favorite white frosting. MMMMM-good
