We go to Morro Bay every year for 2 weeks and stay at the Morro Strand RV park very large sites and very clean,800-799-6030. Not a large park and nothing like Pismo Village but very nice. The other parks in the area are very small and cramped.

Bill's right about the other parks here in Morro Bay. They can be a little cramped if you have a rig with slide outs. The Morro Stand park is the newest in town. Many of our friends that come into town stay there.
And who knows I might show up to say "hi",I work accross the street.

I wasn't replying because I couldn't remember the name of the park but we stayed at a Morro Bay CG several years ago and it was horrible. All back ins and very narrow plus people were parked on the road so it was hard to get in. We didn't have the Monty and could not have made it if we had. Everytime I mention Morro Bay, Ed says "No way". I've seen the ads on the new campground and it looks a lot better. Somewhere downtown there is a grill with the very best Ceasar Salad I have ever had. Why do we always get around to food when talking about where to camp?
Happy trails....................

We visited friends at both Morro Bay an Morro Strands this past year and I would have been happy to stay at either one of them, except during the rainy season. Everything has a tendency to get flooded.
