Hanna Park, Jacksonville, FL

We have left Savannah and are now in Hanna Park, a city run park with almost 300 sites. There were four other Montanas parked here when we arrived. Haven't had a chance to meet anyone yet. The beach is within walking distance and beautiful. Only problem is the lack of cellphone connectivity and, therefore, no internet. So we say thanks to the local Best Western for their connection via our wireless card. Yeah!

Glen & Judy,
Sorry we could not make contact while we were on Tybee and you were so close by. Unfortunately we had to head north as my Dad was in the hospital. Hopefully our roads will cross sometime in the future. We are now in VA and heading to WV tomorrow.

Judy, how did you get the Monty in there? We went and looked, Steve's daughters are in Jax Beach and we were just not sure we could get in there...

Kim, it was real easy to get into the park. We have a pull through. Many of the sites are pull throughs. No problems at all. We've enjoyed Jacksonville. The beaches are beautiful. Today a storm off the east coast is making the surfers and windsurfers very happy. The cars were bumper to bumper at the entrance gate this morning. This park also has miles of bike trails that are well used. Best of all, dogs are allowed on the beach! Greta is very happy.
