Arrive 30 July
30 July 6:00 Meet and Greet with Wine and Cheese at Pavilion BYO wine and Cheese hosted by Jim and Vicky Fischer and Larry and Pat Sessoms
31 July Matinee "It's Country Tonight" hosts Cindy and John Walker
1 August Catered Dinner at convention center 6:00 hosted by Lynn and Pat Boehmer and Jim and Martha Abernathy followed by "White Elephant Gift" hosted by Bingo and Kathy Finchem
3 August Potluck 6:00 pavillion Bingo and Kathy hosting ( who will volunteer to help host?)
4 August Cookout, Hotdogs and Hamburgers, Door Prizes! Hosted by Larry and Pat Sessoms and George and Rosetta Person
Golf outing date and time to be announced hosted by Jim Fischer
There will be entertainment most evenings inside the CG and on the local streets
Campfires are an option, we will gather evenings at fire pit ( need a volunteer to host)
We are free to use the pavilion evenings as we see fit .
We are only able to use the convention center by rental, such as the catered meal.
It's coming together! Looking forward to seeing y'all!

Is there going to be a pot luck one evening? Not that I am getting tired of DW's cooking, but it is a highlight of a rally. Just a thought?
