Another area RV show
This time it is over north of Howe, IN. It's right next to the Indiana toll road at the Howe interchange. It is put on by dealers from around the area and is being held this next weekend, Feb 8, 9 and 10. For the grins-n-giggles, Gail and I are going over just for the walking work-out. This is called the 2nd anual Michiana Camping and RV Show. Or, something like that.

I know, guys! I have the old Challenger loaded with so many upgrades that never were on it or, even thought about when it was built. It is going to take a very special unit to take the place of the old one. But, then again........strange things happen.

Well, Gail and I went over to the show yesterday. Spent a couple hours going thru and looking at all kinds of units. One of the things we noticed on all of the new models and makes is, why do all of then with the side hallway going up the door side have no room in the bed rooms? It seemed everything was cramped! No room to get dressed like we have in the old Challenger. Now, we have the queen bed and most of everything we looked at had a king and we realize that alone uses up some space but,.......WTH! One SOB did catch our eye that had a king bed and gobs of dressing room but, other aspects of this thing didn't impress me. Even though it was made by a manufacturer that has been around since 1968. Did look at a nice Cedar Creek but,...I know too much about those!
Oh well, perhaps we will start looking at front living room models. Wouldn't it be nice if a manufacturer would build a floor plan that had a 12 cubic foot side-by-side fridge, king slide out bed and full bath with sit down shower in a 36 - 38 foot travel trailer? With eye candy like a Big Sky. Bet I could save on fuel cost!
