We pulled into the Jackson Rancheria RV Park smelling like a semi-truck with brake problems going wild down a mountain road.
Doug finally had time yesterday to tear into the brakes on the Montana to see what was going on and he found a disconnected wire on the inside of the backing plate on the the left rear wheel. He got that reconnected, adjusted the brakes and greased the bearings then hooked up the Montana and took it for a ride.
He's happy to say the Montana is stopping like a champ. Thank goodness for that.
As for Roy & Nancy Burk's truck that was carted out of the Rancheria's RV Park on the back of a tow truck, they made it home to Oregon after the truck started having the same problem again and the truck is now back at their local dealer.
Hopefully they will come on here and let us know what the local dealer finds.
