Hot Water Distribution
Upon seasonal startup of our Montana, the gas water heater is firing up but we are not getting more that luke warm water at all faucets. The water changes from warm to cold to warm...

Filled and vented system twice. Any ideas? Working fine when we closed her up in October.

You did make sure that the hot water bypass was turned off?? Just a thought.

Yes, the hotwater bypass is off.

Speaking of the Hot water by pass. I would check to make sure it is full off. Just thinking out loud.
