Axle and Spring HELP

HELP

I have to replace axles and springs. My 5er is 15 months old and with 5,000 to 7,000 miles. It has 5200 lb axles. The fiver weight is 11,600 lbs. on the ground with all my stuff in it. Dexter claims that Keystone didn't put heavy enough axles on it and Keystone claims I had to overload it and it has the proper axles on it. Keystone said the only way the axles would bend is if it was overloaded.
Keystone specs are as follows: Plate in 5er, GVWR 12475, Minus UVW 11140, Fresh water tank filled 498, Propane 60, Cargo carrying capacity 777.
Keystone web site is as follows: Shipping weight 10625, carrying capacity 3570, Hitch, 2195. So far Keystone looks like they can use any number they want to justify there actions.

I,m open for any suggestions from anyone who can help with this problem. Please PM me.

The only thing I can say is that the data on the web site is probably not applicable to your rig. Since your rig is 15 months old, I'd bet Keystone has changed the axles, and thus, the GVWR, carrying capacity, axle ratings, etc.
