What causes Roof Bubbles?

What causes Roof Bubbles and what effect do they have? I just talked to the dealer that I bought from and he said that some bubbles are normal. I am doing my pdi Fri. and want to be able to accept this or decline it with good reason. Thanks

While going to different RV shows in my area I have climbed up on quite a few ladders at the shows(you should see the looks I get)And I would say 95 persent have some bubbles on them-small but bubbles un the less.From the low end 5ers to the top of the line.Is it normal?yes.Is it right?proably not.I`ve had a few small bubbles since I bought my Montana and they haven`t grown in size.I believe why their are some bubbles here and their is because they didn`t use enough adhesive when appling the rubber.As long as their fairly small and not gowing in size I don`t lose to much sleep over them.
