Hi all, I have been reading some of the posts and am impressed with the wealth of information here. My wife and I are getting ready to retire in a couple of years and thought it would be fun to travel and volunteer at the national, state and county parks. We were originally going to purchase a diesel pusher until last February when we went to an RV show and stepped inside a 5th wheel toy hauler. Our interest in toy haulers has evolved to the Montana High Country 381TH as we really like the living area and still have room for the motorcycle and kayak along with the additional storage areas in this 5th wheel. We purchased a new truck and hitch and have built a garage (upon the wife's request) to store the RV in when we are at home. The only camper we have ever owned was a Jayco fold down when the kids were little. We enjoyed many weekends and long trips camping back then.

I have a lot to learn and am looking forward to joining the owners ranks in the near future!

Welcome to the forum! Don't forget working for the feds. We've worked for many years for Fish and Wildlife and the COE and loved it. To find national volunteer opportunities and what they require and offer go to Volunteer.gov

Hi we've had our Montana for a couple of years but are now just joining the forum. Finally got a contract on our house and preparing for full-time living and eventually starting our travels out west! Main reason I joined is to find out where I can get replacement furniture Dining chairs as one of our collapsible chairs broke in transit.
2016 Montana 3911FB.
Thanks and Happy Travels!
