I found a page in the Keystone website dedicated to Hyperdeck (video + other information) but I could not find reference to its use in specific Keystone brands during my brief 10 minute search…could not find the classic exploded view of construction showing the frame, studs, roof etc., or a chart listing various components for Montana ot MHC units for 2023.
Based on reading various forums about the use of “sandwich floor systems” for the past decade in many different brands and manufacturers, it has not been good - except it does reduce weight. Maybe Hyperdeck will be different.
I watched the Keystone Hyperdeck video and it looks interesting. The bottom layer eliminates the need/use of darco fabric, however the panel looks too thick to use on slide floors. I was not aware that darco “shredding” was an issue under the bottom of the main floor like it is for slideouts. The video did not mention or show that various panel thicknesses are available. The sample they use in the video looks to be about 2” thick. I can’t see how a 2” floor panel would work for slideout boxes.
