Regular Queen bed snug

The wife and I have a 2004 3255RL. We pulled up the mattress that it came with and put the nice queen mattress from our guest bedroom into the trailer. When I close the slide the regular queen mattresses snug against the dresser. Should this be an issue with the hydraulic slide or just be snug and not an issue

Our 2004 3685FL came with a RV Queen or short Queen mattress, I tried to fit a regular queen mattress but would not fit, ended up getting a decent pillow top mattress custom made.
If you can get a regular queen to fit I would go with that.

From our experience It's not a problem. Mattress gives just a little but certainly not enough to cause any problems.

Our 3160 RL king size bed makes contact with the dresser, standard mattress that Keystone supply's.

Ours has been like that for almost 10 years covering 2 Montanas and 3 mattresses with no problems.
