Got our replacement from H&S Motorsports St. George, Utah. Entire kit $245.

Is this the hose (smaller photo) you folks are talking about? Then it's a BC3Z-6F073-A.



A steel H&S is a good replacement, shown below. You just need to make sure you get the correct one as they have two versions - one for a 'chipped' engine, the other for stock. There is at least one other and probably more better ones then the stock one, and all $250 or so bucks vs $175 up for the OEM (plus labor if not a DIYer)

Blew our 2012 F250 turbo clamp in Salt Lake City last year after 53000 miles. No trailer just going up a small hill. Limped into the Ford Dealer and got it fixed. More things to check!

It did blow a chunk of hose out...right at the top clamp. Had 79,700 miles, 6.7 turbo diesel, 2012.
