Window Awnings 2016 HC 375 FL

I will be shopping for window and a rear door awnings to reduce the direct sun into some of the coach so I can open my shades. What manufacture makes a good value add on window awning? is it Carefree?
What have you used?

While down in AZ this winter we had shade screening installed for all our windows that snap onto the outside of the windows. You can't see inside during the day or at night but you can see out of them easily. According to the company that installed them, they have a silver thread weaved into the screening and that collects the heat from the sun and reflects it back into the air. They really work well. We had them on during our stay in AZ and we put them on during our MOC Central Plains Regional Rally and the unit was sitting in full sun in both cases and the temps inside were definitely reduced. We could feel the difference by just holding our hand on the window and then on the wall around the window and the window was cool and wall was warm. Really helped keep the unit cooler in the Nebraska summer heat for sure. I don't know the name of the company or their number but will be out to the unit this evening and will get it and post it here on an update. They are a traveling company that are full timers and live in their Class A and tow their shop behind it in a pickup. It's quite a setup. He measures and installs and she sits at the sewing machine and sews them up. They measure the windows and hand craft the screens on site. It took them a little over an hour and a half to do the whole Montana and we have all windows covered.

This past spring CareFree ran a special of $100 + shipping for standard size window awnings. Bought one and wish I had bought several more. Very easy install. I'll keep looking to see if they repeat that offer.

Thanks Ron for the screen shade info. I had a set on my MH made from a florida company but they did not appear to have any wire. If you do not block the windshield on a MH facing South you cannot cool it. Did you put them on any windows on the side of the slides? I had considered using snap-ons but thought the coach mounted fasteners might hurt the slide seals. My configuration has 7 windows on the sides of slidouts. The pull down shades mentioned are also interesting if they do not flap in the high desert winds of the SW.
