Many people have had this problem, it is due to a misaligned axle. This my be due to hitting something, overloading, or may have been made that way. Whatever the cause you need to find a shop that can get them aligned for you. If you are wearing them out in the inside it may be due to overloading and you might want to get your trailer weighed.

I don't know which unit you have but if its a 3000rk the rear axel cares 1000 lbs more than the front and keystone replaced both of my axels at 5900 miles as the rear tires were skins .they put on 6000 lb axels after a 5 month discusion about it ,, the axel is shot and needs to be replaced ,, the cost at new axel tires , brakes , all bearings and laber was only 875.00 and key picked up the tap 2wice as the did it wrong the 1st time but got it rite later deal with criag in custer service ,, he knows the problems .. we started on jan 8, 2007 and finaly got it resolved in may of 07 so its a long battle but hope they learned and now work faster john

I am going to pick up my 04 Mountaineer from the dealer Monday. I had to take it in because the rear axle camber was out of wack. I think it happened in the RGV last winter when the park tried to put me on a brand new site that was not built properly. I could not see the 5vr on the back in and was hitting the square edge on side the back in ramp because the tire on that side had settled in the mud. Diesels have a lot of tougue. Axle company was no help because I am out of 2 year warranty period. My extended warranty will pick up the cost of $350.00. If you take it to a good dealer you should be free of any cost to you. GOOD LUCK!

old turbo,
Unless you messed that axle up really bad a good alignment shop can fix that camber for $75-80.
