I am having the passenger-side lack-of-flow problem. I went ahead and replaced my 18psi with the 30psi regulator (C6121) and this did not fix the problem. Since I knew I would be swapping that regulator out, I went ahead and did it. I still need to debug and fix the flow problem - either the long supply hose to the autochangeover or the autochangeover itself. In the meantime I swap the tanks out.
