Splendid 2000 Water Leak

So my DW started the washer and I noticed water coming out from under the belly. I opened that basement door to see the basement full of water. It looks like the washer is leaking from the bottom. All the hoses on top seems to be fine and the drain tube in its proper place. Anyone ever had this issue? I've yet to pull the washer out. Are there hoses underneath the washer?

Thanks in Advance,
Lou

Make sure it isn't your hoses going to the washer. Also it could be the pump on the bottom or hoses to it.

I suggest you contact Splendide.
They sent me a service manual for our unit on line and also talked me through trouble shooting.

My opinion is you will have to pull the unit out and trouble shoot with access to the back, bottom and possible side.

Thanks for the response. I will wait until I get home on Saturday and check it out. In the mean time we will use the campground laundry facility.

Well, I found the leak. The cold water valve has a pin hole and leaks when the water valve is on. Now to order the part from Splendide.
