Run furnace and air conditioners come on

Hi I got a new 2010 Montana 3665 Hickory Edition. We have company coming and need to use the trailer tonight. Every time we turn the furnace on the AC comes on. Either the one in the bedroom or the one in the livingroom. Can any one out there help me I am desperate. Dealers closed today of course. This is so new we have not used the furnace until now. We would take the chill o with the fireplace. Thanks for all the help in advance. Becky

Becky, Not familiar with the '10 models, but try this: Make sure the mode on the thermostat says furnace, push the mode button to change this, then, make sure you have propane and it is on. My furnace blows cold air if the ropane is off or empty. This may not be your problem, but something to check.

Sometimes adjusting the temp setting on the thermostat might kick on the AC or Furnance depending on outside temp.....

Hope this helps and hopefully a '10 owner wil be along soon to further assist

Thank you we turned the ac breaker off and it is nice and toasty now. We will use it that way for a few days. Then call the dealer asap on Monday. I appreciate it very much. Merry Christmas. Becky and Tom

we have one of those dual controls. you just have to play with it to make sure it is in furance position. kinda of a pain.
duno-therm
my problem is that the heat is toooo loud and it comes on frequently in these mild cool temps. i thought that this was an insulated trailer.
i have a 2010 3150 montana.
