Thanks to OZZ & DQ Dick for your response I checked out different options today. I talked to Goodyear Customer Service for the fourth time in a week and I have little confidence in goodyear.one established tire supplyer in my area suggested the bridgstone durvis -rite spelling? they deal in a lot of diff. brands. They service heavy duty trucks&trailers-and carry Goodyear tires.! I’m considering bridgstone they have steel belts and are rated to do hy speed 100 mph or more! I do mostly 65. ofThey are not cheap, but how do you put a price on being On the side of the highway with a blown out tire 200miles from nowhere or worse loosing control& causing an accident. Thanks again for MOC forum. Goodyear is out, have to choose a replacement tire! You can probley tell I dont do much internet work.My wife runs &understands the computer,I dont!

I think it would be reasonable to expect a tire's tread to last until the age of a tire requires it to be changed. That seems to be around maybe 4 to 6 years?
In my case, 4500 miles with a shredding tire is unreasonable.
I got 2 or 3 times that on my Missions, the tread was perfect...the tires bulged out and needed replaced, but the tread was fine.

You guys are just full of information, thank you, thank you. One of you mentioned having the axles aligned, well we did in Anthony just outside of El Paso, Texas, there was no problem with them. Camping World did a great job for us and we thank them for their help. For anyone needing their services in Anthony they have a huge campground behind Camping World that is very easy to get to off the interstate. Again my many thanks, great job guys!
