Hard to Park RV Park - Tucson AZ

Crazy Horse Campground Tucson Arizona - we ended up triming a tree and pulling part of the rubber gasket out of the trim.

The sites were a bit narrow with all the services at the very back of the site with a 6 foot or so high post. There was one of these at every site so made for a narrow opening. On top of that they had a narrow road and trees planted along the road that you had to go down to get to the sites.

Bad - we will not camp there again.

We recently stayed at Cactus Country RV Resort. Fair camp with standard width back-in sites. EWS 50 amp $30/night. A few trees but had no trouble with satellite. Our site was facing west next to the desert.

You are welcome - it is hard to pick a park out of the book - it helps when you get information ahead of time.

We stayed at Desert Trails RV Park, just west of Tuscon on Ajo Hwy and then go north on San Jaquin. Lots of Montanas in the park, great desert trails to walk on and Wifi available. $21 a night or $125 a week. We would stay there again.

[I have to agree with you as we had the same problems you had when we stopped there on the way to Yuma./quote]

Texdeano,
I am glad it was not just us.
Hope you didn't do to much damage.
