Water Outside the Shower

2017 - 305RL - I have water on the floor between sink and shower base. I tried re-caulking the aluminum track to no avail.

Hits, clues suggestions appreciated

A friend has a similar bath setup and said the same condition on his.

We wondered if the track was over loaded with flow and could not drain back into shower quick enough?

On our 3910 the track was not caulked at either end. Caulked. I also drilled the leak holes larger to facilitate water drainage back into the shower pan. No more water on the floor for us. We have the 3 piece sliding glass doors, with no gaskets on door bottoms. If you have gaskets at the bottom of your doors, check them.

Make sure the gasket is properly mounted. One way they could cause a problem, the other way they work.
