Washer problems

We have a Splendide combo and love it. Last night while doing a load of laundry, I heard a bad noise. It seems that we might have a bearing or something causing a problem. There is a loud screeching noise when the machine goes in to spin mode.

My question is, who do I get to look at it? Do I call a washing machine repair man or a RV guy? It's going to be awhile because we are traveling right now, but hoping to figure it out so I can arrange for someone to fix it when we get back to home base.

If you get a really good tech, he/she might be able to tell you how to fix it.
