Cool idea! Checked out the beginnings and it looks great. If we ever get a camera that would allow us to put a photo of our rig in our signature we'd be happy to have it included. When done, the collection of photos will be impressive!!!!

2 questions for those that cannot add a picture.
Do you have your picture in your computer????
Do you know which file it is in??
If yes go to TinyPic.com
Click on the "Browse" button.
This will open a window where you will be able to find the file your photo is in your computer.
Click on the photos file name.
Click on "Host Picture"
Another window will open.
In the lower left hand corner you should see...
*Successfully Hosted! under which will be 4 boxes
Link
Tag
Img
URL
The Img is the tag you want
Copy and paste that tag into any post/reply or your signature block within your profile.
Or you can Copy and Paste it into an Email or Private Message and send it to me.

It looks great. Will have to work on getting a picture of our rig on the computer. We had a computer session at the Reno rally and so some more of us should be getting this done. Now if I can just remember what Steve told me?!!!

Yes and No, yes there is going to be a huge amount of bandwidth but not all on GeoCities. TinyPic will be hosting all the graphics. Basically, all that will be hosted at GeoCities will be the text.
If you look at the Properties of each photo you will see the TinyPic URL.

How do you tell geocites to get the tinypic!??????????????????????????????????The URL tag within the photo links back to TinyPic. Much the same way clicking on this will take you to something you'll recognize.
Nother question, does any one know, will tinypic ever delete photos, cause they are OLD, been around for too long, is there an expiration date??I don't believe so and I certainly hope they don't but I'll take care of that if and when the time comes

Thanks Glenn,
I guess I will have to play with that, that could sure save ya a lot of storage at geocities!
Photo of the rig, well, there is one at my geocities homepage, but not all hooked up to GMC. In fact, I'll have to look and see if we have one somewhere, most of the ones I can think of at the moment have dogs or ole Carol in them! We have not taken that many of GMC and Montana, cause we have not been to any of those fab places that other MOC members have been, Alaska, out west, etc. Would like to have one with some interesting background! HA HA.
Hey, did you get your decals?? Got em on yet??

Bill, Rather than a lenghty post on editing photos just email me the URL as is and I will edit it for you. I will than place the photo on the Rigs page and than, if you want, you can Save It and use it in your signature.
