Washer Dryer Vent

My wife just bought a Splendide washer dryer combo from a friend who had it in his Motorhome. It was never used and our motorhome friend wanted the space for a small freezer. My Monty is already plumbed and wired for a washer dryer, but I need to ask where does Montana install the exterior vent?

Thanks

Tony

They usually mark the closet as to where to put the vent. ours looks like it is in the lower corner going out the side.

Just did an install in ours over Labor Day weekend. In our closet under the television, at the back of the closet is a "shelf" about 3" wide and 18" above the floor. At the far right of this, shelf, on the inside of the exterior wall was a stick stating "place dryer vent in this area".

Thanks for the reply but I feel foolish for asking since you are right, the area is marked.
I'll blame my stupid question on the wife since she had so much stuff in that locker that I could not see the sticker.

Again Thanks

Tony,

As a Chief you ought to remember that the only stupid question is the one you SHOULD have asked but didn't.

When I did my install I found the center of the vent back plate, center that on the marked area, marked it and pilot drilled from inside the closet. Then I took the hole saw outside and drilled at the pilot hole.

Best of luck with the install.
