New 3400 RL Ordered

Well a hardy thank you to all the members of the MOC for the information that helped us pick the options and the dealer, Beckleys for our new 3400. Expecting delivery in February and getting more excited everyday. I don't think I could have made a better decision without this group.
Best regards, Nick and Marilyn

congrats! you have reason to be excited with your new Monty on the way. you will experience sleepless nights, breathing difficulties, desire to just scream, and inability to believe your extreme good fortune. hang in there until February, and feel free to jump on this site when you are going a bit nuts with the waiting ...

We know exactly how you feel. We ordered our 3400 at the CA RV show 4 weeks ago. I have mentally packed and repacked it over and over, even in my sleep. The forum has helped so much with ideas and just a diversion while we wait. We'll let you know when we have our exact delivery date.

Congratulations on your new unit. Hope the time goes by fast for you. Now while you wait you can do a lot thinking about places to go when it comes in.

I don't know how you guys do it. All that waiting. Everytime I bought one it was the same day and I picked it up in two days. They received my new one on their lot and within 24 hours I bought it. The waiting would drive me insane. Great floor plan and great patience on your part. Congratulations!!

We wouldn't want to take delivery of it any sooner than this Friday. Visitors, etc. Before getting this we had already planned a 60-90 day cross road trip next spring ('08) and a 45-60 day trip next fall. We don't have to winterize and are considering heading to Key West for New Year!

I hate waiting until spring. Picked up my 3400RL last week and proceeded to put it into storage until winter is over.

Ops I initially send a message private. My wife and I have also just ordered a new 3400RL and expect in Dec. We have not purchased a truck yet and are in the market for one. Any suggestions on size, 4X4 vs 2X4, DRW or SRW
