help posting picture

I have gotten the picture hosted and cropped to the proper size. I can't get it to show up on a post. Don't know what I am doing wrong, read the threads on the picture and followed the directions, but can't get the picture to pop up. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you copy and paste the URL into the location that you wanted the picture to be seen? If you want it in your signature, you will have to open your profile and paste it there.
