just curious........gary
I suspect a lot of it has to do with how well other folks took care of their unit. I am sure you take very good care of your coach but a neglected coach falls apart fairly quick.

Also there is that appeal of a shiny new coach and new features or floor plans that they keep coming out with. We had an old coach with a conventional floor plan but when we saw the HC 381TH with the basement garage it was love at first sight! The idea of being able to carry our toys with us but not losing living space to a garage was just too tempting!

We also looked hard at this unit.
there were two 381's in stock, but fell in love with the master bath in the 3811
