U.S. 23 North of Portsmouth, Ohio
I passed a Montana about 7:30 p.m. on my way home from work. I was going South just north of Portsmouth, Ohio. I didn't have our Montana and I wasn't in the truck either. Not much chance of saying hey. Thought about flashing the lights but by the time I seen the faded front graphics and that it was a Montana, it was too late!
