I just wanted to pass along a big Thank You to Kevin and the service technician. (Sorry I don’t know his name)
Camping World Robertsville Alabama
While traveling from Michigan we noticed 2 of our leveling jacks were dropping 2-3”. I checked fluid level and topped off cycled several times and never noticed them give while set- up. They continued to drop but never regularly just intermittently.
Gulf Shores was our long stay destination so I stopped and Kevin got us in. They tested and confirmed that 2 middle jack seals were bad.
Kevin took all information on GS extended warranty and said he would call when he had approval. That call came with in the hour. Parts were ordered and came in in less than a week.
I didn’t want to break camp so we scheduled for the Monday morning we planned to leave the CG
We were in at 8:15 out at noon and I had them do wheel bearing pack at the same time.
So again thank you! Just passing on a good experience.

I’ve always had good luck at the CW of Southern Alabama. We usually visit S. Alabama a coupe times a year.

That’s the outfit that we went to in 2009 trying to get some warranty work performed. Keystone refused to pay them for the work needed.

This is also the outfit that went all starry eyed and requested copies of all my technical information I had. Their reason for requesting these items was”keystone will not allow us to contact their suppliers for technical information”.
