Good Sam - "Travel Assist" worth it?
So what do you think? If you have it or had any good or bad experiences, is it worth getting? Just received an info packet that would run $89 for me or $109 for my wife as well.

Have GS travel assist and extended warranty and have had no problems at all with either one! We'll see how the extended warranty treats me on my axle replacement since I had it done and then thought about calling GS on the extended plan! So far no problems! Recommend both!

We purchased a 2012 3700RL in OCT 13, and in Jan 14, we had a defective Grey Tank- after the repairs were done, we had recovered 3100 of the 5K it cost us, to include displacement for loss of use of the vehicle for 4 days....

OK, first off, the post was about roadside assistance, not product insurance, and second off, it was made in April of last year.
Unless of course you got roadside insurance to pay for your tank repair, in which case, you done good!

Actually, as you will see from the web site link above, the "Travel Assist" program is entirely separate from the roadside assistance program.
The "Travel Assist" program provides for assistance in case of medical emergency while traveling.
Just wanted to make this as simple as possible. We have both.
