Water in the kitchen

Okay, this has both me and the wife baffled. Sometimes when we wake up in the morning and come down to the kitchen we are greeted by a small pool of water that seems to be coming out from the bottom of the fridge. I removed both the panel under the fridge and the furnace which are located next to each other and found that there was not water to be found. I know this may be a stretch but I am hoping someone can help as to where this mystery water may be coming from. Thanks!!

Is it raining outside?

I have a reason for asking this.

There is a small 'catcher' under the drip tray and if the tray is not pushed all the way in the drips will go to the bottom of the refrigerator, and from there it could be running down to the floor. Make sure the drain tube is attached to the outflow of the 'catcher' all the way to the outside of the plastic vent. Any cracks, breaks, or leaks along the way could be the source of your water.

The drainage tube actually sticks out of the outside vent/cover when installed properly.
