Recall trip to the dealer - Has Spring Sprung??
The rig ventures outside of the fences of it's mini-storage parking spot this Saturday for the first time in 2011. Hauling it to the dealer for the recall fixes that came out last year. One of them is to beef up the axle supports with a cross member and the other is a check of the auto-transfer switch lug tightening. There was also a recall regarding the propane lines in a slide possible contacting the tires, does anyone know if that recall was model specific and did it include the 3750FL. Will be stopping by the rig tonight to re-install the dealer provided battery and to check tire inflation. with regards to whether or not Spring has sprung, the temperature tonight is supposed to be 25 and Friday night around 30. C'mon Spring!!!

I have a 2011 3400RL and I was concerned about the propane recall. I called Keystone. They checked my VIN against their list of recall units and mine was not included. I suggest calling Keystone. Good luck.
You didn't mention the Norcold recall. Your refrig is probably included. Check it out.
Regarding spring... Somebody please send mother nature a calendar. Spring is supposed to be here!
Safe travels. Walt & Lynne

Already had the Norcold recall addressed last fall. Hopefully I will everything addressed for the 2011 maiden Easter voyage. Spring Break for the youngest one, local campground for 9 nights, and dad will commute to work from the camper.

Hi Bingo, on our 3750 we had our recalls done Tuesday. Our fridge recall was just the Norcold, it didn't involve the propane line according to our dealer. Safe travelling and Happy spring.

Took Walt's advice and called Keystone and the only outstanding recall is on the cross member addition to the axles. Sounds like we will be good to go if it ever warms up. Of course still have the mods to take care of as well, finish Autoformer install, add second battery and MBSS switch, air bags for dually, TPMS, thermostat-controlled auto generator start, maxx-air vent cover install, air-bed additional support, etc. etc. Whewww, after reviewing all of that, maybe I am not ready for Spring yet anyway.

Jack,
The worst part is that I only listed the to-do list with regards to the Montana. Have more dock work to do this Spring as well!! None of this are even on the "honey to-do" list for around the house, that is a completely different animal!!! Thank goodness I still have to work for a living, gotta get rest somewhere!!

Does Keystone notify you of any recalls or do you need to check their website for info?
Is the cross member like the MorRyde X-factor or what? Since I am a new owner, I'm thinking I should be proactive on finding out about any recalls rather than wait for them to contact me...
Thanks!
