I took my time with the installation, used the Zircon densiometer to find wall studs and obstructions, installed the vent for my Splendide and am thrilled with it's operation. I got the WD2100 model - new for 2003. I was pretty skeptical about the performance I might expect from 110V operation. But it is really quite good. I have used it 7-8 times and I'm very happy with it. I love it so much I'd like to install one in the closet of my master bedroom at home. I got it from Camper's Choice for $849 which included shipping. I do not recommend the galvanized drip pan they have. Splendide makes a heavy plastic one which may have worked. But I am extremely happy with the performance of this w/d combination and I'd do it again in a minute!
