Light in front of battery door?

Ok, I give up. I have tried every light switch I have but cannot turn on the white light in front of the battery door. I know there is a switch on the bottom of the light. No help.
Any ideas?

The switch on the bottom of the light on mine stopped working. As a temporary fix, I sprayed the switch (thoroughly soaking it) with WD40 to clean the contacts. And it worked for 2-3 years more before it stopped again. I sprayed it again and it is still working after another couple years. I may get around to replacing it some day, although I rarely use it.

Mine hasn’t worked since the rig was new, 13 years now. I just don’t worry about it.

We are on our 4th 5th wheel, 3rd Montana , all of them had lights that only worked for maybe a month. On our 2017, 3810MS I replaced this light with a larger porch light and installed the switch inside the convenience center. The light works whenever I need it and is much brighter, totally lights up the pickup bed. I got the replacement light from Amazon, it is the same design, shape and color, but larger than the original. It is LED and does not have a switch on it . Hardly notice that it is bigger, until you turn it on.

Same here, we have that light but do not use it. Our does work though. I think water/moisture gets in the switch and causes havoc with it. Spray it with contact cleaner and give it a go.

That was it. Full of gunk.
Took the cover off and cleaned the switch out with WD40.
Works fine now.
Thanks.
