Slide level

The large, dining room slide is not very level when it is out. From looking under the slide I can see that it can be adjusted. My concern is that it seals up nice and tight when it is retracted and I don't want that to change. My question is, will adjusting the slide to level change the sealing when it is retracted?

Thanks
