Lowest Diesel Fuel Price I have seen ...

in many months was today at the Flying J on I-65, Exit 2 in southern Kentucky. Here in Nashville just 32 miles south of exit 2 it is $2.87. Drive the 32 miles north and it is $2.53. I haven't seen 2.53 in months and when we leave here on Saturday I'll get to see it again or maybe even less and on my return from the rally I'll do it again.

Diesel is 3.39 here Belfair, Washington. The Governor and her cronies have to steal as much as they can while they can.

Sorry Glenn as you come my way it doesn't get any better. I just checked Flying J at exit 95 Whiteland IN (south of Indy) and it is 2.659 and at exit 240 up at Hebron IN on 65 it is 2.719.
How are you going up to Goshen? US 31 out of Indianapolis? Or 65 up toward the northern line.

2.82 here in NW Iowa last time I filled up. It would be great to see prices like Glen did along the way.

Glenn,
Those are great prices for diesel. It just dropped to $3.09 here in Colorado. We leave monday for a 3 week trip, hope the prices keep dropping. The future barrel price of crude is down to $63.

Minneapolis has it for under $3.00. $2.89 the last time we filled up. Haven't seen it this low since Fairbanks, Alaska at $2.89. Welcome Home.

You know it's times like this that I wish I had a hundred gallon tank rather the measly 26 gallon GM put in.

OH well maybe this is a sign of the prices going down like gasoline has been dropping.

Rickety,
Only $3.09 here in Port Orchard, WA. Totally agree with you about the Governor, that no one I’ve talked to voted for! Still don’t know how that happened?

Down by Bartlesville, Oklahoma it's $2.48 with your Diamond Shamrock card ... $2.52 without. $2.76 around the Wichita, Kansas area. The proud state of Kansas, 34th to enter the union, has a bit more fuel tax ....

$3.19 in Monroe, WA today. Thats a 20 cent drop in diesel prices in just a couple days. I was humored by reading that gas price in Iowa was something like $2.05 or so. Who says that competition from ethanol isn't having an effect?
