Valve under High Country

Recently purchased a Montana High Country 331RL with the center island / sink.

The valve to drain the fresh water tank is under the coroplast near the rear of this unit.

There is a second valve hanging down near the center of the unit. What is the second valve?

Unit was winterized at the dealer and when I cracked this valve, pink flowed?

I think this is the drain for the ice maker in the residential fridge.
