Dometic 310
Pedal sticks, doesn't close all they way. We have to tap it back up with our foot. How do we lubricate it? I'm afraid grandkids will leave stuck and overflow.

Have you tried a silicon spray.

I have called Dometic Tech support on a couple of occasions. Have found them to be very responsive. I have a 210, but the tech told me to spray some Pam cooking spray on the ball. I also took the cover off the pedal housing and put some silicon grease on the moving parts.

We just replaced the seal on ours...in addition to hot holding water, the ball was "sticking" on the bottom of the seal. Can't say this is your problem, just a possibility.
