Specifically, the NHTSA web site Safe Cars will allow entry of search criteria. I go out there frequently and check their safety recalls for the Month.

You can also search by equipment, like Dometic, Norcold, etc.

Search by Vehicle and drill down to Keystone.

Example:
Search Type: VEHICLE
Make: KEYSTONE
Model: MONTANA
Model Year: 2008
etc.
