power to kitchen island in 3800
Given all that could go wrong or be done wrong in our montys, I feel lucky to only have a one page list of stuff that I had to correct. One that I recently noticed was the 120 vac power feed (romex) for the island and kitchen was underneath one of the rear support legs (2x4)for the steps leading to the bath and bedroom. Had to take a jigsaw and cut off the leg several inches above the cable in order to free it. Then I had to add another piece of 2x4 to re-establish the support leg. There is a reason why the electrical codes don't allow tight bundling of power cables and it is called air flow and fire danger. I nominate this employee as employee of the year!
