Thermostat acting up

Our thermostat is acting up. We had to turn on the heater and the green light has started flashing. It flashes only once per second. The red light for the heater is steady.

I can't find the pamphlet for our thermostat, so I am at a loss as to what the problem is. If someone knows where I can get a copy of the pamphlet I would greatly appreciate it. I have checked the Dometic website and had no luck pulling it up.

Thanks

Gary I just put the slides back in on ours. I'll open it up and get to the packet of info in the AM. Ours is a year older but maybe its the same. Hopefully someone else will answer quicker than this but if not I'll post it.

Gary,

Is your thermostat the Duo Therm remote or is it the Confort Control Center. From your description it would appear the remote unit is installed. I'll PM you a copy of that pamphlet.

Thanks Chuck that would be great. Tom, we have the great CCC that was the topic of a long discussion several years ago. The remote seems to be working okay, its the control center itself that doesn't seem to work.

Gary did Tom get you taken care of? I figured somebody have the job done before I could get back. If you're not taken care of let me know.

I don't have one of those, but try killing the power to the furnace,**AND** the A/C. Then try the heat, may reset it.

Chuck, did you reset both the 120 volt A/C unit power, and the 12 volt furnace power?

Thanks Chuck.

Ozz, I did both the 120 and the 12V. Nothing changed. Tomorrow, I am going to pull the thermostat and plug it back in. We will see. The furnace works, the green light just flashes once per second.

Tom, got your email and saved it to my hard drive. I have to blow it up so I can read it.

Gary,

When the green LED flashes, once per second, that is an indication that the Frost Control is active. If everything else is working, your thermostat and Control Center are working ok. Is this the only problem with your CC or is there something I missed?

That's the only problem Tom. The furnace is workin fine. My problem was that I couldn't remember what the flashing light meant. We are nice and warm but the light is still flashing. Just aggravating, plus I lost my pamphlet for the thermostat.
