Faucet Leak
I have a 2007 Montana with antique brushed brush finish faucets that appear to be stick built type faucets. My bathroom one is leaking badly around the stem and I was wondering if antone might know who manufactured them and if you can get repair kits. Also does anyone know if they might have a longer warrenty than Keystones 1 year?

Bob, you will find that a lot of us have already changed out the factory faucets for ones from Lowes/Home Depot. We took the plastic ones out and put regular house ones in. I didn't have any leaks, we just wanted to put nicer faucets in to look better. Also, the kitchen one has a pull out nozzle for spraying.
I know I didn't answer your question about leaking, but this is what we did to prevent that possibility.
Have to ask, is the signature evidence that you own a 49 Merc/ Beautiful cars and I'm a car nut with a bone stock 68 Fire Bird.

Steve I'm a 49 Mercury wannabe. I had one many years ago when I got out of high school. They're priced out of my league anymore. On the faucet our 2007 does not appear to be one of the cheap plastic type. It has copper pipe fittings but thanks for the suggestion. I may do that anyway if I can't find a kit or something.

We had the same problem, it was a simple fix. Take the faucets apart, and we had to replace the o-rings, with a good amount of Vaseline on the o-rings. It has been working great now for the last 6 mo. cost about $1.50.

The faucet in our kitchen was also leaking. A licensed plumber in the CG took it apart and said it took the same repair kit as a Mohen. He repaired it in about 5 minutes. Worked ok for abour 2 months and then started again. I also replaced it with a better grade from Lowes.

I think some where in the worthless manaual it states, "all faucets must and will leak until the owner stops the leak or replaces faucet."
