prariepoodle Montana Master Join Date: Aug 2003 Location: Woodward Posts: 2,795 M.O.C. #450	NO COOK NUT FUDGE 1-3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar 1/4 tsp. almond extract 1/2 cup chopped, blanched almonds, walnuts, pecans or peanuts. * Raisins or flaked coconut may also be used. Butter 9x5' loaf pan. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar and almond extract until smooth. Stir in nuts. Press into pan. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Cut into squares. Makes 1 pound.
